Personal contact information is also used to contact the user when necessary for providing them with information on new products, upcoming events, industry news and other promotions.

Taxes are not included in prices.
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Vancouver, via CanPar and Ace carriers unless otherwise instructed.
All merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please inspect the shipment carefully for freight damage, overages or shortages. Any claims for such occurrence must be reported to the carrier immediately. We accept no liability.
Please inspect all fabrics for pattern, colour and quantity before cutting. No returns will be accepted if the fabric is cut or altered in any way.
Please note that a restocking charge of 25% applies to all returns accepted. Please call for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number before proceeding. State the reason for the return, order or invoice number and quantity to be returned. No returns will be accepted 30 days subsequent to invoice date. All merchandise being returned must be shipped prepaid.
Our liability for any defect in quality, colour variation, function, description or fitness for any purpose is limited to the original invoiced price. Under no circumstances do we accept liability for labour, or any other associated costs which may occur as a result of defective merchandise.
We cannot guarantee exact colour match on any product sample. If colour match is required please ask for a sample of current stock.
A deposit of 50% is required on special orders. Return of special orders are not permitted.
There is a minimum charge of $75.00 per invoice.
